Our History In Uvalde
Our Uvalde Chapter was created on May 25, 2022 a day after tragedy struck the city of Uvalde Texas. Without hesitation our San Antonio team headed to Uvalde and set up in the town plaza. As one of the first nonprofits on ground, we provided fruit, water, stuffed animals, and mental health resources for anyone in need. Since then our relationship with the Uvalde community has developed into unique initiatives to provide education and resources to support mental health and wellness, building community across the world, and most importantly remembering the 21 lives lost .
Maite's Annual Beach Clean Up

Maite’s Annual Beach Cleanup💚
Maite loved the ocean and dreamed of becoming a marine biologist. Each year, we honor that love by coming together to protect the coastline that meant so much to her.
Maite’s Annual Beach Cleanup is more than a day of service, it’s a legacy of love in action.
Families, children, friends, and volunteers walk the shoreline together, caring for our beaches and marine life while helping Maite’s love for the ocean continue to make a difference.
Every piece of litter removed matters.
Every child who learns to protect our oceans matters.
Every person who chooses to serve creates another ripple of Maite’s legacy.
Together with Maite’s family and Texas Adopt-A-Beach, Maya’s Love invites you to join us for a special morning of service, remembrance, and community.
